Mummy Bootcamp was set up by Lorraine Ho in 2011.

Lorraine founded Bootcamp Ireland over 10 years ago, and has been putting men and women of all ages and fitness levels through their paces. With a team of Military Instructors and sports professionals that are highly regarded in their industry, they have become the number 1 choice for peoples fitness requirements!

Lorraine is a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer with a keen interest in Nutrition and how food really does affect your mind, body and mood, and she brings this into the Mummy Bootcamp sessions as another vehicle to get Mums to feel their best post pregnancy!

In 2011, Lorraine was pregnant with her first baby. 

She quickly saw the need for a post natal fitness environment where Mums could bring their babies, get a great and effective workout, meet other mums, put structure in their week, and avoid that pit fall of loneliness that can sometimes happen to new Mums.

Lorraine prides herself in putting Mums first to help them get their bodies and minds back to a fit state and feel brilliant about themselves again, sometimes in just 6 short weeks.

Mummy Bootcamp has seen so many Mums through the door, and in some cases, Mums have come back for their 2nd and 3rd baby. But most mums will stick with us throughout their maternity leave and make some brilliant friends for life!

WHAT'S INVOLVED IN MUMMY BOOTCAMP?

All our sessions are for post natal mums, whether 6 weeks post natal or more. We start our 6 weeks with a fitness assessment and measurements to give you a guide to work from. Throughout the 6 weeks, there are different class types, all covering all the basic elements of fitness to help get you toned, lose weight, fitter or whatever your personal goals may be. They include cardio, local muscular endurance, flexibility, strength and conditioning and toning.

With an excellent array of Instructors, both long standing Military and sports professionals alike, our variety of classes keep mums motivated and wanting more, and yield positive results all round! At the end, we re-test and re-measure, to show you how well you have done! Most Mums join us at around 6 - 10 weeks post natal and tend to stick with us throughout the remainder of their maternity leave, which is down to results they are getting and the friends they make:)
