Our 6 week sessions will start in all our locations from week of Jan 16th. Open to all new Mums who are at least 6 weeks – 12 mths post natal! We work on getting youR body and mind back to it’s pre pregnancy place and take into consideration the main issues relating to post natal recoveries, ie pelvic floor, lower back issues, weak abdominals and abdominal separation. With a different instructor on any given day, it keeps you motivated and the class varied!
It’s a 6 week session for €99 giving you 2 morning classes mid week, (see below for your location days) and a bonus Saturday session in either Bushy park, Herbert park or Phoenix park if you feel up to it any or all Saturdays during your 6 weeks.
Phoenix park- Mon & Weds at 10:30am – starting 16th Jan
Cabinteely park – Tues & Thurs at 10:30am – starting 17th Jan
St. Annes park – Weds & Fri at 10:30am – starting 18th Jan
St. Endas park – Tues & Thurs at 10:30am – starting 23rd Jan
Mount Merrion, Deer park – Mon & Weds at 10:30am – starting 24th Jan
