If you have recently made a payment for our Bootcamp sessions using paypal, thank you and we look forward to having you train with us and allowing us to help you reach your goals!!

If you check your email you will see a receipt transaction from Paypal.

Joining a 6 week Mummy Bootcamp – What will you need to bring to your first class?

You will need a water bottle, a warm dry top of after the class in case you’d like to go for a coffee! Make sure you baby is well wrapped up and that you bring your rain cover (even it’s it not raining when you are packing up the car).  In finer weather, bring sunscreen, plenty of water, and if you would like to put your baby out on a rug while you train, feel free to bring a rug and any entertainment for them! It may be that we are on the move, but better to be prepared in any case:)

You will also need a mat for your Mummy Bootcamp classes. One that you don’t mind getting dirty! And a dyna (exercise) band. We sell them here on our classes page, but most we find that most people have them lying around the house gathering dust!

Access to classes: Don’t forget that as a 6 week member, you can head along to any of the Mummy bootcamp classes, to either make up missed classes, or simply get in an extra workout. The Saturday classes in Bushy (9am), Herbert (10:30am) and Phoenix park at 10:30am up on the pitches by the magazine fort, are buggy free classes and all part of your 6 week memberships. No need to book in for them, just turn up and give your name. But be advised, they are not post natal classes – they are regular Bootcamp classes.
