We are holding more of our popular open days for new mums to come down and try out a session for free with their babies. If you would like to join us, just email lorraine@mummybootcamp.ie with your preferred open day location and mobile number and we will do the rest. The OPEN DAYS are as follows:
Phoenix park: 29th June @ 10:30am
Cabinteely park: 30th June @ 10:30am
St. Annes park: 1st July @ 10:30am
Deer park: 11th July @ 10:30am
If you cant make the open day in your preferred location, feel free to go along for that day to another location and then join up in the location that suits you best. If you happen to miss all the open days, don’t worry, lots of mums join without ever having done our open days. Just make sure you are 6 week post natal if regular delivery, and 12 weeks if c-section.
