Using weights in your workout

We here at Mummy Bootcamp have been using the great outdoors, our bodies and whatever ever we can take advantage of in the parks. But we are moving a little towards extra weights for some of our new Compound workouts, giving you more to work on during the class time.

Can’t weight to try do these classes!!! D’you get it??? Weight.. wait.. ok ok.. not that funny :)

So bring along your small weights to classes from March 2024. 2 small ones, approx 2 or 3kg each will do the job to get us going.

If you don’t have any to get started, no probs, we will improvise :)
