The importance of getting out of our comfort zone

Are you afraid to leave the house since you had your baby. All snuggled you in your PJ’s while cuddling up to your baby and avoiding the dreading ‘packing up’ to leave the house??.

While spending valuable one on one time with your new baby is crucial for bonding and recovery, it’s also so good for you to get outdoor and meet other Mums and know that this journey, that can sometimes have it challenges, is not a ship you need to sail alone. There are so many other Mums out there, in your area, that are in a very similar situation to you. Sleep deprived, struggling with feeding, colic and so much more. So do your best to get our of your comfort zone, even if only once a week, and meet other Mums. Chatting and sharing stories can really help a new Mum face some of the challenges head on, and with ease.

Our Mummy Bootcamp, while is aimed at fitness, is also just as important for Mums to mingle and meet others for coffee and chats afterwards. So don’t be shy. Step out of your comfort zone.
